My name is Jon Beeler and I decided to put this website up to share a story with you about what happened to me as I tried to run a business in the city of Terrell, Texas. I would venture to guess few citizens know exactly how their public servants operate so this will be the window you can look through to enlighten yourself. This is a story of what happened to me a few years ago. It has taken this long to get the story out because we were involved in litigation that reached the United States Supreme Court in 2003.

You can navigate through the site with the tabs to the left. This is some supporting documentation and interesting reading. Included are sworn depositions from Mary Gayle Ramsey and John Rounsavall and some legal documents. Take your time and look through some of this.

A second benefit of the site is I hope maybe some who read it can be helped, possibly know what to expect, if they find themselves in a similar situation. I learned as I went. This is a very effective way to learn but it can also be very painful. Hopefully, I can help someone out there avoid some of the pitfalls I came across.
